NoWay Nice-Cream Sandwich

Noway Nice Cream Flavour options: 

Berry Nice cream (Find Macros at Bottom of Page)

1 frozen banana

1 scoop Strawberry NoWay

30g frozen raspberries

1-2 tbs plant-based milk

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spoon 1-2 tbs of mixture into a silicone muffin tray to fill 5 holes.
  3. Freeze for 2-3 hours.

Chocolate Nice Cream (Find Macros at Bottom of Page)

1 frozen banana

1 scoop Choc NoWay

1 tbs cacao powder

1-2 tbs plant-based milk

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.

Banana Nice Cream (Find Macros at Bottom of Page)

1 frozen banana

1 scoop Vanilla NoWay

1 tsp vanilla extract

1-2 tbs plant-based milk

Method:

  3. Freeze for 2-3 hours.

Pina Colada Nice Cream (Find Macros at Bottom of page)

1 frozen banana

30g frozen pineapple

1 scoop Pina Colada NoWay

1-2 tbs coconut milk

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.

2. Spoon 1-2 tbs of mixture into a silicone muffin tray to fill 5 holes.

3. Freeze for 2-3 hours.

Cookies

Ingredients:

¼ cup (60ml) Coconut oil
1 cup (160g) Almond meal
1/4 cup (40g) Coconut flour
2 tsp arrowroot flour
30ml Maple syrup
2 tsp Vanilla essence
Pinch Salt

Chocolate:

50g dark chocolate
1 tbs coconut oil

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 180C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Combine all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
3. Spoon 1 tbs of mixture into a ball and flatten into a circle, you should have 10 cookies. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
4. Allow cooling on a tray for 5 minutes then transfer wire rack to cool.
5. Place chocolate and coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat, stir until melted and remove from heat, set aside.
