Gutright - 1 scoop daily if you have completed the 10-day protocol with Guitright. You can have this 1 scoop daily with breakfast or dinner.
Multifood - 2 x Morning with breakfast or before training.
Resilience - 3 x caps anytime during the day.
Aurum Oil - 2ml 1-2 times daily with meals
Can these be taken during the 10-day Gutright protocol?
Yes, absolutely they can be, these pair perfectly and even during the 10-day protocol.
Do I need to continue these long term?
While no Supplement is needed forever if diet is sustainably loaded and adequate with everything your body requires, the pillars are designed as a top-up approach to fill in any blanks. In a sense, they build your nutritional foundation daily and anything else you add in diet wise is going to be excellent and absorbed appropriately too.
