We want to make sure you love your ATP products as much as we do. That’s why we have a simple returns policy, to make sure if you aren’t satisfied with your product, you can return it.

No Questions Asked Refund:

You can return any unopened product for a full refund (minus shipping) within 60 days of purchase.

30 Day Return Policy:

If you just can’t stomach the flavor or have had an adverse reaction to one of the products below, then you are welcome to return it to us (at your cost) for a store credit (minus the original shipping cost), within 30 days of purchase.

  • Noway – Must have 5 (or less serves) used.
  • Infrared – Must have 3 (or less serves) used.
  • Oils – Must have 4 (or less serves) used.
  • GutRight – Must have 3 (or less serves) used.
  • Amino acids – Must have 3 or less serves used.
  • Capsulated products – Must have less than 10% used.
  • Creams – Must have less than 10% used.
  • Noway Bars – Box purchases only – Eligible with a maximum of two bars consumed in mixed boxes and one in single flavour box purchases.

ATP Science Capsulated Products:

This is a tricky one as the general amount of time for hormonal profiles to begin correcting and implementing change is usually within the frame of 1-3 months. When beginning anything from our range we recommend for best results to allow this time. We recommend to cycle the Alpha Products and T432 as 3 months of use with a 1 month break as a full cycle, this allows your body the time to adjust to the product and implement corrections while the month break off the product encourages the endocrine system to begin implementing these corrections on its own accord in conjunction with a healthy diet and adequate exercise.

If you have started on one of our capsulated products and are experiencing some break outs from allergic reactions or salicylate sensitivities please contact us below.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:

If we have stuffed up, or the shipping carrier has broken something contact us immediately to organise you a replacement.

For any orders that claim to have missing products, we will conduct a full investigation.  If we are found to be liable you will be sent replacement products. Please note that no refunds will be given.

Samples or Free Gifts with Purchase:

Samples and/or gifts with purchase cannot be exchanged or refunded.
